1.---Have you reported the same problem 3 times?

2.---Has it been out of service for reason of repair for 30 or more calendar days
------within the first year or first 18,000 miles, whichever occurs first?

3.---Has it been the subject of andy 8 repair attempts?

4.---Have you had at least 1 repair attempt for a safety problem which still exists?

DOES THE PROBLEM SUBSTANTIALLY IMPAIR THE USE VALUE OR SAFETY OF THE VEHICLE?

If either numbers 1, 3 or 4 has occurred and it began within the 18,000 miles during a one year period, then your vehicle may qualify for Lemon Law relief under Ohio law.
